The following applies to fused glass purchases only. Photography purchases are fulfilled and handled through Fine Art America.
PAYMENT
I accept payment through Venmo and PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account to use this method). Click here to learn how to checkout without a PayPal account.
CA ORDERS
CA sales tax will be charged on all orders shipping within California. Sales tax will be automatically added during checkout to all CA orders.
SHIPPING
Currently shipping only within the United States. Items are wrapped individually in cotton pouches suitable for gift giving. Items are shipped in USPS priority mail boxes, via priority mail and therefore should arrive in 2-3 working days. I reuse and recycle packing materials whenever possible. The shipping charges shown include a small handling charge. This helps cover my shipping and packaging supplies as well as time spent going to and from the post office. Please contact me if you feel your shipment is lost.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your order please return the item in the same condition it was received including all gift boxes/wrapping within 3 days of receipt. I highly recommend you return ship with a tracking number. Once I receive the return, your purchase will be refunded with the exception of shipping costs.
Custom orders are not returnable.
